Outside you have a private garden with your private swimming pool and plenty of space for outdoor dining and sunbathing. You can also park your car in the plot.

All the amenities including restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops are within short walking distance. The beautiful sandy beaches are just 10 minutes drive away.

LONG TERM RENTAL CONDITIONS:

The deposit (refundable) is one month’s rent if you pay the entire rental period in advance. If you want to pay the rent month by month, the amount of the deposit (refundable) is increased to two months.

Agency fees are half a month for rentals of up to three months and one month for rentals of more than three months (paid only once).
