VILLA MANGO is a beautiful contemporary style villa with private swimming pool located in Gran Alacant within walking distance to the commercial centre and all amenities and just 2 minutes drive to the beach! There is capacity for 4 people. The villa is equipped with full air-conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the whole house and internet/WiFi. LIVING/DINING ROOM: There is a very bright living/dining room with large French doors which open on to the terrace and overlook the beautiful private swimming pool. On the terrace there is a table and chairs, an ideal area for ‘al fresco’ dining. There is also a Smart TV. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and all the necessary kitchenware and appliances. BEDROOMS: There are two double bedrooms located on the first floor both with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. The master bedroom also has access to its own private terrace. There is a total of 3 bathrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) all with walk-in showers. OUTSIDE: There is an amazing private swimming pool, a garden and a terrace with a table and chairs, sun loungers, an ideal space to enjoy all day long! You can also park your car on the driveway. THE AREA/AMENITIES: The villa is very well situated within short walking distance to the Gran Alacant commercial centre with many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops… The beautiful blue flag beaches of Gran Alacant, El Carabassí and Arenales del Sol are less than 5 minutes drive away. The airport of Alicante is only 15 minutes drive away. Excellent choice.
