LONG TERM AND WINTER RENTALS

 

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS:

 

Security deposit / additional guarantee (refundable): The amount is one or two months rent depending on the property
Administration fee (one off fee): The amount is half or one month rent depending on the property and on the lenght of stay

You will also have to pay for the end-of-stay cleaning, the amount will depend on the accommodation.

 

RESERVATION

 

To reserve one of our properties you will be required to make a payment (the amount depends on the property and the lenght of stay). This payment is not refundable under any circumstances.
In case you miss one of the deadlines for payments by more than 7 days, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will have to vacate the property in case you are already staying in it.
